Nature Conservation Society (NACOSO) Youth and eco club friendship have been established in the Nepal (Nacoso) to develop the skill  of living in the students of state schools and awareness of the environment. Complete information related to establishment and operation of youth and eco club friendship is as follows.

 

Nature Conservation Society (Nacoso) Guidelines

Locked plant will be able to handle the essence of burning and burning plants in closed government and private school due to the lockdown. For this, the plants will be watered by keeping a needy person out of the budget of  youth and eco digital friendship orders have been issued to this effect. So, that the schools are closed due to saving of saplings. The school is not opening nor san any school go. Due to which the plants in school are dying up due to lack of water.

 To Overcom this problems, the heads of the institution have been asked to water the plants on prescribed honorarium to something  living near the school using  the budget  issued by the department under the youth and eco friendship. Due to  this lockdown, the said needy people will also get the income and the school plants will  also be saved.

Budgetsa of Ŝ15.00 was received.

The education  department had  ordered the formation of youth and eco friendship with the aim of  connecting the children of government  and private  school with the skill of living life  and also to connect them with the environment. For this, five houses (houses) in schools have given names of fire,water,air,sky, and earth.So that children can get a sense of environment protection.

A budget of Green member =$5.00,Active member =$15.00, Life member =$ 100.00 has been released to each school for the program to be organized  under the youth and eco club to  be formed in school. In this, an amount of $ .. has been for  each primary school, $.. thousand for upper primary schools and$.. for each school of secondary and higher  secondary  school level. In such a situation, the institution will be able to save the main plants by using this item.

  • Preface:-

Youth and Eco Club friendship-

1)Under the Youth Friendsship,a youth  club will be established in every state school with the aim of developing  the skill self –confidence, and necessary save account  own money program developing flexibility in thinking by removing the mindset like stress, fear and inhibitions.

2)Eco club friendship : Nacoso

Under this, an Eco club friendship; will be set up in 

every state school with the aim in making children aware and sensitive to the environment  and bio-diversity around them and to work on environment activities and project .


  • Process of Youth and Eco Club friendship Formation :-
  1. In each school five house (house) will be set up for the student of elementary  education  classes under Youth and Eco Club and five house (houses)will be set up for the students of  secondary education with the same name. Each houses member has to create new bank A /C to save money.
  2. The school institution head Youth and Eco Club.
  3. Assisation role of institution head (officer in charge) will have to provide facility for guide  and program.Under the house arrangement in the school, all the responsibility of conducting the activities of Youth and eco Club Friendship with the head of institution.
  4. Five houses (houses) Climate change, oxygen production and National & international Tourism promot  will be made under the youth and eco club friendship wfor the  student  of Elementary Education (classes) 1 to 8), whose names will be Earth, Water, Air Water, Sky and fire.
  5. Five houses (houses) will be made under the youth and eco club friendship for secondary education (Class 9 to 12). Their names will be Earth Air Water, Sky and fire.
  6. Every teacher of the school will be given the charge of the house (house) by the head of the institution. Every Teacher who was included in eco club must save money rs 1 in one day. In case the number of teacher in the school is more than the number of the house(House), more thane one in charge teacher   will be appointed for some houses. Some teacher will be Appointed as teacher in-charge of more than one house(house) in case the school has less teachers available from the house (house). On the basis of seniority, senior academic personnel will be given charge of more  
  7. The student of each class of elementary digital education national and international knowedge sharing & tourisom promot will be divided into five parts and the students each part will be addressed in the name of a house (house). In this way, student of all classes will be represented in equal number in the five house of elementary  educational classes.

Under this process, five houses will be  made for secondary education classes.

  1. In this way, five houses (houses) will work under the youth the Eco Club friendship in elementary education school of national and five house (houses) under the same name in Youth and EClub friendship agro tourism , eco tourism and nature tourism  religium tourism etc in secondary school of national & international.
  2. The house (house) in which the newly admitted students will become a member of the school national and international will remain a member of the same house (house) till  the last class of the school of national and international.
  3. The activates of each house (house) will be conductor by the teacher /teacher in charg. The level of all the students in each house (house) Yoga and meritation class will be the same . The system like senior and junior is not to be development among the students. Active support of the student will be taken in conducting the activities of the house (house). Children will be encourage to perform well and every child will be given equal opportunities.
  4. Out of the five original element based names, the name of the element in which the house(house) has been admitted to the students, speech, essay writing, letter writing, and poster for student on the subject as per the name of the house literary and cultural activities should be organized. Also, language, social science, subjects like geography, history, economics, political science,mathematics and astronomy (Astronomy) etc.As will as environment law education have been linked with the name of house (house). The student should undertake to explain the importance and relevance of the subject and natural fundamentals.
  5. The member student will be visit Nepal motivates to try to relate the meaning of the perspective of the name their house (house) Also, every student gets a house.

Explaining the importance of the name of the (house), the affiliation of other subject of this name will be motivated to get detailed information from sources such as internet,magazines, News and magazines. This will increase the knowledge of children and they will be able to understand the “Nepal climate changed knowledge management center (NCCKMC)” name of their houses in a holistic manner and will be able to relate to other subjects.

13.All the  the activities including  oxygen production and pollution control will be encourage  to participant In youth and Eco Club will be  organized in each house(house).These activities will be conducted under the direction of the teacher/teacher in charge.

  1. All students of national and international school will be encouraged to participate in Youth and Eco Club “Nepal climate changed knowledge management center (NCCKMC)”activities.

15.From time to time, competition for Youth and eco club activities will be organized among the five houses of primary education  student and the student will be rewared for their encouragement. Similar competitifive ons will be held between the houses of secondary education students.

  1. Youth and Eco Club  friendship activities will be organized according to     the camp calendar, for the five days school time and during holidays.
  2. Students performing well in Youth and eco club activities will be demonstrate during the children’s Assembly so that education will distribute.
  3. In the student Attendance Register, the name of the house (house) should also be mentioned in infront of the name of the student can also  be mentioned in front of the name of the student can also be identified by the name of the house (house).
  4. The register of each house (house) of elementary school and secondary education of the school will be maintained. The name of Youth and eco Club friendship and house (house)will be mentioned on the main page of the register. The named and class of the student of the house (house) will be mentioned in the register. Also the activity of interest of each student will be marked. A brief description and date of each activity conducted and the time period of the event will be certified by the nodal officer and the head of the institution. Details of the amount spent in the activity will be maintained in the register.

20.At the time of school observation,all the”youth and Eco Club friendship registers”will be made available to the observation officer by observing the established and getting the signature.

Note:-

According to the attached firmat a permanent board of 4 feet 12.5 feet will be installed at the main gate of each national and international school. Light green color will be done on the board and yello will be marked” youth and eco club, digital education nacoso nepal”.

© Activities:-

  • Youth Club friendship Activities

Youth club activities include all sports and physical activities, yoga, dream, debate, music, arts cultural activities, reading activities and plantation program and knowledge about plants etc.

Eco Club friendship activities Nacoso

In eco Club friendship activities, program to bring awareness to children about environment bio-diversity, climate, local ecology,nutrition,health and hygiene will be organized,Exhibition, painting, writing, plantation, oxygen production and pollution control display of moving picture based on environment and helth,talks of parents and retired and serving state officials teachers, doctors, coaches, people working for the environment will be organized.Aissistance  will be provided in checking the health of all children.Under this,these records of length,weight and physical illness of all children will be maintained in the’ student Attendance Register’ support will be provided in all types of health programs organized in the national and international schools.On the last day of every month,a ” cleanliness program” plantation program” will be organized in the school. In which cleanliness of the school premises and classrooms, solid waste disposal, drainage and water tanks will be cleaned, collectively under the direction of the teachers.

The physical hygiene of all children,such as nails,bath,scalp,teeth uniforms, shoes,socks,etc,will be checked once a week at theprayer site and children will be made aware of physical hygiene. All students should teach about environment law education.

Activities related to water

Conversation will be organized and people around them will be made aware about water conservation,”jal shakti abhiyan”to be organized towards water conservation. Under the Eco Club  of all national and international schools,  water conservation promotion programs will be organized. Save life=oxygen,save plant name ,save money=a/c,save nature,save morality.

(D) Financial provisions:-

According to the DICE Date 2064 -2083 for conducting the activities of youth and Eco Club in the annual Action plan and budget 2064-2083 of composite Education Rs…….Lakhs for……schools/college/ university.A provision of…… Lakh has been made. The financial provision per school is as follows”,

(E)  Instruction for financial expenditure :-

  1. The school has to use the amount of Youth and eco club in Nature Conservation Society organizing youth and eco Club friendship activities.

2.This amount will be use for organizing all sports and physical activities,yoga, drama. Debate,music,art related activities and reading actives,plantation and protection & oxygen production and tourism etc to be held at school/ college/university Corporate Social Responsibilities found and lock level.

3.This amount will be used for self help, travel fare and visit Nepal (Mt,everest Country)and all recurringexpenses for children during youth and eco club friendship.

  1. Should not spend more than the prescribed budget limit in youth and Eco Club friendship.
